Infinity 88 Business Consultancy seeks an experienced finance leader to head the finance function across multiple branches in the Philippines. The role requires CPA, strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management.

You will drive financial strategy, controls, and performance analysis to support growth. The position oversees treasury, accounting, and regulatory compliance, guiding a team to deliver timely financial insights and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or financial management.
• 3–5 years in a senior finance leadership or managerial role.
• Experience in multi-branch operations, retail/financial services is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel or analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire finance function including accounting, treasury, budgeting and planning.
• Establish financial policies, procedures, internal controls, and standards.
• Supervise and develop the finance team for performance and accountability.
• Align financial strategy with business objectives and growth.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Oversee financial reporting, management reports, and performance analysis.
• Manage liquidity, cash forecasts, funding requirements and working capital.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Provide strategic financial insights to executive management.
• Develop financial models and profitability analyses to support decisions.
• Implement controls to safeguard funds and minimize financial risks.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and data-driven decision making.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely resolution of findings.
