Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Accounting professional to manage the end-to-end preparation of financial statements including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. You will perform month-end and year-end closings, handle journal entries and reconciliations, and provide insights through financial analysis for management.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA with a Bachelor's in Accountancy and has 2 years of experience in financial reporting.

Qualifications

CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and accounting.
Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation, financial analysis, account reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.
Real estate industry experience is an advantage.
Knowledge or experience in NetSuite and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Analyze financial statements, variances, trends and KPIs to inform management.
Ensure reports are accurate, complete, timely and compliant with standards and policies.
Coordinate with auditors and other departments on reporting and audit requests.
