Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced accountant to oversee monthly financial statements, tax compliance, and banking reconciliations. The role requires a BS Accountancy or related degree, CPA preferred, and at least 3 years in general accounting, with on-site work at MOA, Pasay, 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting support, procurement compliance, and timely filing of BIR and other government returns, ensuring accurate cash flow management

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any major in Accounting courses.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant.
• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in general accounting.
• FS preparation.
• Bank Reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate release of monthly statement of accounts.
• Implementation of collection policy.
• Ensure collections are deposited intact within set cut-off.
• Monthly preparation of bank reconciliation.
• Timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Balance Sheet.
• Profit & Loss.
• Collection Efficiency.
• Accounts Receivable Aging.
• Cash Position and Cash Flow.
• Updated Audited Financial Statements.
• 100% filing of BIR returns and other government agencies requirements within deadline.
• Income Tax Returns.
• VAT Returns.
• Withholding Tax Returns.
• Assist in preparation and review of annual budget.
• Management of handled property expense thru compliance with set procurement and disbursement process.
