Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Entity Accountant (Lead) to manage end-to-end accounting for assigned entities, ensuring compliance with local statutory and group policies. You will lead two indirect reports and partner with Shared Services, Tax, and auditors to deliver timely financial close.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or professional license in Finance/Accountancy, CPA, 5–7 years of relevant experience, and hands-on experience with SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Professional License in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• CPA is required; strong internal controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounting, close, and reporting for assigned entities, coordinating with Shared Service Team.
• Ensure statutory compliance, internal controls, and timely deliverables.
• Maintain auditable balance sheet reconciliations and certify in Blackline at entity level.
• Collaborate with tax experts to ensure local and international tax compliance and timely tax filings.
• Identify and drive process improvements to strengthen controls and streamline consolidation.
