Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• 2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation, financial analysis, account reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Real estate industry experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in NetSuite and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual).

• Analyze financial statements, variances, trends, and key financial indicators to provide meaningful insights to management.
• Ensure financial reports are accurate, complete, timely, and compliant with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and other departments on financial reporting requirements, audit requests, and resolution of accounting issues.
