Job summary

Uniholdings Inc. seeks a Community Manager for its coworking space to deliver a world-class member experience while driving commercial and operational results on-site.

You’ll own the full lifecycle—from attracting and onboarding members to growing occupancy and revenue, and building a vibrant community of freelancers, startups, and corporate clients. You’ll lead a multi-functional on-site team, design and implement SOPs, manage space operations and bookings, coordinate with vendors, and report

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of managerial or team management experience.
• Proven track record in membership sales, space leasing, or B2B account management is a strong advantage.
• Experience in designing and documenting SOPs, operational manuals, or service standards is highly preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to juggle concurrent operational, commercial, and people priorities without dropping the ball.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with coworking management platforms (e.g., OfficeRnD, Nexudus, Cobot) or property management software is an advantage.
• Creative and resourceful in designing community programming, marketing activations, and member engagement initiatives.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable working with occupancy dashboards, revenue data, and member satisfaction metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage SOPs for all coworking space functions.
• Lead day-to-day coworking space operations and ensure readiness of all spaces.
• Drive membership revenue through sales cycles: inquiries, tours, proposals, contracts, and move-ins.
• Coordinate with facilities, IT, and vendors for maintenance and upgrades.
• Manage space inventory, bookings, and occupancy metrics.
• Develop marketing and community engagement plans and events.
• Lead on-site team and manage budget, reports, and vendor relationships.
