Job summary

PRIME Philippines is seeking a seasoned Community Sr. Manager to lead daily operations and deliver standout customer experiences across co-working facilities, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces.

You will drive occupancy, retention, and revenue by engaging entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and partners, while shaping a vibrant, professional community. You will manage member onboarding, coordinate space utilization, run events and partnerships, and oversee sales to grow memberships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing coworking spaces, serviced offices, or related facilities.
• Proven ability to drive member acquisition and retention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse client bases.
• Ability to coordinate events, tours, proposals, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for members, guests, and virtual office clients.
• Foster a welcoming community and address member concerns promptly.
• Manage Virtual Office and Shared Office operations and bookings.
• Promote memberships, conduct site tours, and respond to inquiries.
• Plan and execute events, partnerships, and community activities.
• Monitor occupancy, renewals, and revenue targets; report on metrics.
