Job summary

Singapore Institute of Estate Agents (SIEA) seeks a Course Executive/Senior Executive to support the Professional Development Team in running courses and events. You will assist with publicity, registrations, and participant inquiries, while coordinating with trainers and managing logistics and documentation.

You will also help with attendance reporting, certificates, and on-site event support for membership functions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with publicity of real estate related courses through various communication channels.
• Manage end-to-end coordination and liaise with course trainers and participants to ensure seamless execution.
• Assist with course registration process and attend to course participants’ queries.
• Communicate important course information, updates, and announcements to participants.
• Schedule and organize course logistics including venues, materials, equipment, Zoom, etc
• Maintain accurate and organized records of participant attendance, assessments, and feedback.
• Prepare and distribute certificates of completion and other relevant documentation.
• Prepare and submit attendance & statistical reports to management or relevant authorities.
• Support membership events (e.g. industry conferences and awards), including but not limited to event registration, cold calling, payment collection, and on-site facilitation.
• Assist with membership communications, including content creation for membership e-bulletins, surveys, and announcements.
• Maintain and update the membership database.
