Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for motorized two-wheelers with a clean driving record.
• Proven courier or delivery rider experience in express/logistics settings.
• Good knowledge of Calamba City and nearby areas.
• Ability to handle parcels of various sizes and maintain accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual and customer-focused with professional communication.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings and peaks.

ABest Express Inc. is seeking a dedicated and professional Courier / Motorized Rider to join our dynamic logistics team in Calamba City, Laguna. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our operations, ensuring timely and secure delivery of parcels and documents to our valued customers across the region. As a Courier / Motorized Rider, you will be the face of our company, responsible for maintaining our reputation through excellent service, reliability, and professionalism. This position is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional courier services whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Collect parcels, packages, and documents from senders in a timely and professional manner
• Deliver packages and documents to designated recipients, ensuring safe and secure handling
• Operate a motorized vehicle (motorcycle or scooter) safely and responsibly in compliance with traffic regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all pickups and deliveries, including obtaining customer signatures and documentation
• Route planning and execution to ensure efficient delivery schedules and timely service
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery times and any issues that may arise
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the assigned motorized vehicle to ensure it remains in good working condition
• Handle cash payments or collection from customers as required, maintaining accurate records
• Report any damaged parcels, delivery issues, or vehicle problems to management immediately
• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and customer service standards at all times

What we're looking for

• Valid driver's license appropriate for motorized two-wheelers and a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a courier or delivery rider, preferably in an express delivery or logistics environment
• Excellent knowledge of Calamba City and surrounding areas, including major roads and landmarks
• Strong physical capability to handle parcels of varying sizes.
