Responsibilities

• Delivering parcels, packages, and documents to designated addresses within assigned delivery routes.
• Collecting payments from customers and issuing receipts as required.
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, delivery times, and customer feedback.
• Operating and maintaining your motorised vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Handling packages with care to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
• Communicating with customers professionally and courteously to ensure satisfaction.
• Reporting any issues, delays, or damaged packages to management promptly.
• Updating tracking information and providing customers with delivery status upon request.
• Assisting in sorting and organising parcels at the depot as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your delivery vehicle.

About the role

ABest Express Inc. is seeking a reliable and professional Courier/Motorized Rider to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Bacoor City, Cavite. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for the safe and timely delivery of parcels and documents to customers across the region. Your dedication to customer service and punctuality will be essential to maintaining our reputation as a trusted courier service provider. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic logistics team in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Delivering parcels, packages, and documents to designated addresses within assigned delivery routes

2. Collecting payments from customers and issuing receipts as required

3. Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, delivery times, and customer feedback

4. Operating and maintaining your motorised vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations

5. Handling packages with care to ensure they arrive in excellent condition

6. Communicating with customers professionally and courteously to ensure satisfaction

7. Reporting any issues, delays, or damaged packages to management promptly

What we're looking for

1. Valid driver's license and motorcycle/motorised vehicle license appropriate for your chosen mode of transport

2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in courier, delivery, or similar logistics roles

3. Strong knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns in Bacoor City, Cavite and surrounding areas

4. Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple deliveries efficiently

5. Outstanding customer service and communication abilities

6. Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 kg regularly

7. Reliability and punctuality with a strong commitment to meeting delivery deadlines

8. Valid identification and clean driving record

9. Familiarity with GPS and delivery tracking systems is preferred

10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
