Job summary

Mastercard Philippines is seeking a Country Project Lead for the Mastercard Offers Network rollout. You will drive end-to-end project management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with regional and local stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and superb communication skills to align Issuers, Merchants, and Advertisers with regional strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• PMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the Mastercard Offers Network project in country.
• Develop and manage detailed local project timelines, action plans, and milestones.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and timely execution across all workstreams.
• Act as liaison among country teams and regional product teams; facilitate communication.
• Organize local Steering Committee meetings, ensuring governance and strategic alignment.
• Coordinate market assessments and apply go-to-market strategies with local teams.
• Execute commercialization strategy and end-to-end local program management for MON rollouts.
• Drive ecosystem development with issuers/merchants and monitor launch impacts.
• Lead country operational planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Monitor project performance with KPIs aligned to regional leads (ROAS, ROI).
• Identify and secure partnerships to accelerate GTM and product value.
