Job summary

E-team Workforce Private Corporation seeks an experienced SME Commercial Card Program Manager for a 12-month engagement with a leading Philippine financial institution. The role covers planning, delivery, launch readiness, and initial post-launch activities, coordinating across business, product, operations, technology, and risk teams.

You will track milestones, manage dependencies and risks, prepare management reports, support go-to-market plans, and drive actions to close bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in programme management, banking transformation, cards/payments, or related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional programmes involving business, risk, operations, and technology teams.
• Strong understanding of card issuing, commercial cards, SME banking, or payments ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day programme activities across planning, delivery, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch support.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate governance meetings, sessions, and stakeholder updates.
