Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agribusiness.
• 4–10 years of experience in the agri-inputs or seeds industry.
• Strong local market knowledge and channel management skills.
• Good communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in the local language; willingness to travel extensively.
