Job summary

FMC Corporation is hiring a Territory Manager to drive sales and demand generation across the Karnataka region. You will be the primary face to customers, coordinating with channel partners and end users to meet quarterly targets.

The role requires a strong background in agriculture sales, knowledge of crop dynamics, and ability to work with Sales, Marketing, R&D and Crop/Brand teams. Local language proficiency is mandatory; English preferred.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc Agriculture with 2–3 years’ sales experience in Crop Protection or agrochemical industry.
• Strong consumer and market insights and knowledge of crop dynamics.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with cross-functional teams; English and local language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and demand generation in the assigned territory to meet targets.
• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals.
• Regularly meet customers, conduct product demonstrations, and build the distributor/end-user network.
• Monitor market trends, report competitor activity, and support branding efforts in the territory.
