Job summary

Golden Home Realty Development seeks a Cost Engineer based in Makati City to lead detailed cost estimation for land development and housing construction. You will perform BOQ/BOM, quantity takeoffs, and cost analyses, with site inspections and surveying to support project planning.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 2–3 years in cost estimation, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; licensing is preferred.

About the role

We are looking for a Cost Engineer with strong experience in land development and housing construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, BOQ/BOM, quantity takeoffs, and cost analyses, as well as conducting site inspections and surveying works. The role also requires knowledge of soil and site conditions, construction supervision, and other technical aspects of project development.

About you

• Knowledgeable in surveying and site/soil assessment

• Strong analytical and technical skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel

• Willing to conduct site visits and fieldwork

• Willing to be assigned to Makati City
