Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative is currently seeking qualified and detail-oriented Cost Engineers (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) to join our growing project team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, technical competence, and hands‑on experience in cost estimation Salah takes‑offs for construction projects.

Project Sites

Alabang, Taytay, Cainta, Taguig, San Mateo, Calamba

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bill of quantities (BOQs) for Civil, Structural, and Architectural works
• Analyze plans, drawings, specifications, and other contract documents
• Assist in budget preparation, cost monitoring, and variance analysis during project execution
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams regarding material quantities and pricing
• Update and maintain cost databases, reports, and documentation
• Support cost control and value engineering initiatives to ensure project efficiency

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in cost engineering or quantity surveying
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Proficient in PlanSwift for quantity take چھoffs
• Solid background in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical plans accurately
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines
• Willingness to be assigned to various project sites as needed
