Job summary

Pink Ventures Inc. is seeking a dynamic Customer Engagement professional to respond to inquiries, provide tailored product recommendations, and proactively pursue sales targets.

You will collaborate with marketing to maximize visibility at events, process orders, verify payments, and coordinate deliveries while building strong client relationships. The role emphasizes product knowledge, effective communication, and closing leads to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in cosmetics or beauty preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and close leads.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• ASAP start is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to sales inquiries across all platforms (FB, IG, Viber etc).
• Provide tailored product recommendations to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
• Proactively pursue and exceed sales targets with the team.
• Collaborate with marketing to engage at events and conventions to boost visibility.
• Process in-house orders, including page and corporate orders; verify proofs of payments.
• Coordinate delivery bookings and address after-sales concerns effectively.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of products/services to provide informed recommendations.
• Identify and cultivate new customer relationships through external sourcing.
