Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Chemical/Cosmetic Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for local Philippine B2B clients and manage communications via meetings, email, and messaging.
• Translate client feedback to internal R&D, design, and overseas manufacturing partners while maintaining context and accuracy.
• Monitor end-to-end project timelines (samples, packaging, INCI lists, stability tests, delivery) and raise risks with proactive solutions.
• Guide clients through OEM/ODM processes, including base formulation selection, packaging, and quotation reviews; ensure technical documentation is aligned.
• Address client inquiries promptly, resolve discrepancies, and maintain organized records of communications and milestones.
