About the role

ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative is seeking a passionate and engaging Cosmetics Ambassador to join our retail team. This is a full-time position based in Zamboanga City, Zamboanga Del Sur. As a Cosmetics Ambassador, you will be the face of our cosmetics brand, responsible for promoting products, educating customers, and driving sales through exceptional customer engagement and product knowledge. This role is strategically important to our retail operations, as you will directly influence customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and revenue generation within our cosmetics division.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate cosmetics products to customers, highlighting key features, benefits, and applications
• Provide expert product recommendations tailored to individual customer needs and skin types
• Conduct product demonstrations and beauty consultations to build customer confidence and drive purchasing decisions
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all cosmetics product lines, ingredients, and current promotions
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team sales objectives
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand advocacy
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing cosmetics display area
• Stay updated on cosmetics industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally
• Support inventory management, including stock rotation and product replenishment
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and motivating work environment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, beauty, or customer-facing roles is highly desirable

• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Product knowledge or willingness to quickly develop comprehensive knowledge of cosmetics and skincare
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
• High level of personal grooming and presentation standards consistent with the cosmetics industry
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and transactions
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Customer service certifications or cosmetics training courses are advantageous
