About the role

ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative is seeking a dedicated and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team in Zamboanga City, Zamboanga Del Sur. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our community development initiatives by providing expert beauty guidance and support to our clients. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to empower individuals within the community through professional beauty consultation and education, helping them build confidence and develop essential grooming skills that contribute to their personal and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised beauty consultation and advice to clients, assessing their individual needs and recommending appropriate beauty products and treatments

• Educate clients on proper skincare routines, makeup application techniques, and personal grooming practices suited to their skin type and preferences

• Demonstrate and promote beauty products and services, highlighting their benefits and features to support client decision-making

• Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional and courteous service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty

• Stay current with emerging beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations within the cosmetics and personal care industry

• Maintain accurate records of client preferences, consultation notes, and product recommendations for continuity of care

• Contribute to community development objectives by conducting beauty workshops and group awareness sessions

• Support inventory management and ensure the availability of beauty products and materials required for consultations and demonstrations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a Beauty Advisor, Beauty Consultant, or in a similar customer-facing beauty or wellness role

• Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare, makeup application, and personal grooming practices

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele

• Professional appearance and a genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry

• Ability to provide personalised recommendations based on individual client needs and preferences

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service consistently

• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to different client demographics and community needs

• Relevant certification or training in beauty consultation, cosmetology, or related fields (preferred)

• Proficiency in basic computer skills for record-keeping and client management
