Job summary

ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative is seeking a dedicated Skincare Consultant to join our Hair & Beauty Services team in Zamboanga City. This full-time role focuses on delivering expert skincare advice, personalized solutions, and building lasting client relationships.

You will conduct skin assessments, recommend products, educate clients on routines, maintain records, and help drive sales while staying current with skincare trends.

Qualifications

• Certification or formal training in skincare, cosmetology or a related field
• Proven experience as a Skincare Consultant or in a similar beauty advisory role
• Comprehensive knowledge of skincare products, ingredients and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
• Strong sales ability combined with genuine interest in helping clients achieve their skincare goals
• Ability to work full-time with flexibility to accommodate client schedules

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations with clients to identify their skincare concerns and goals
• Provide personalised skincare recommendations based on individual skin types and conditions
