ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative in Zamboanga City is seeking a Beauty Sales Associate for a full-time, on-site role. You will be the face of our beauty retail operations, delivering exceptional customer service and expert product recommendations to shoppers.

You will maintain displays, handle transactions, meet sales targets and promote loyalty programs, while upholding health and hygiene standards. Previous beauty retail experience and strong communication are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product knowledge and personalised recommendations to customers regarding beauty and skincare products
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting and engaging with customers throughout their shopping experience
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card payments responsibly
• Maintain product displays, shelving and store presentation to ensure an attractive and organised retail environment
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques and product promotion
• Assist with stock management, including receiving, checking and pricing merchandise
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally and courteously
• Promote loyalty programmes and special offers to encourage repeat business
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards within the retail environment
