Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, information technology, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in training, preferably software/tech.
• Knowledge of Work Order Management or similar facility software.
• Strong adult learning and instructional design understanding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proficiency in creating training materials using MS Office, Camtasia, SnagIt, Visio, and e-learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and e-learning modules.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse user groups.
• Assess training needs and design customized programs for various skill levels.
• Update training content with platform updates and new features.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to align training with system upgrades.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback and metrics.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to users to improve platform proficiency.
• Maintain a knowledge base of FAQs and best practices.
• Assist in troubleshooting platform-related issues and guide users.
