A Corporate Wellness Account Manager | MD role that serves as a strategic medical and business partner for corporate clients. This role combines clinical expertise, occupational health knowledge, account management, and team leadership to ensure the successful delivery of comprehensive corporate healthcare and wellness programs. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to provide medical guidance, manage employee health cases, oversee wellness initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve healthcare service delivery.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end corporate client relationships and serve as the primary medical advisor for employee health and fitness-for-work assessments.
Oversee the implementation of corporate wellness programs and clinic operations while ensuring compliance with applicable DOLE regulations and occupational health standards.
Provide clinical case management for employees with chronic and complex health conditions.
Analyze health and wellness data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for corporate clients.
Build strong relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and address escalated concerns effectively.
Identify opportunities to enhance services and contribute to account growth.
Supervise, mentor, and support medical staff and specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve corporate healthcare programs and client experience.
About you
Must be a Registered Physician with an active PRC license.
Preferably with Basic Course in Occupational Medicine (BCOM) certification.
At least 2–3 years of experience in account management, corporate healthcare, occupational medicine, or a related field.
Experience in corporate health, occupational medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine is an advantage.
Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex medical cases and provide sound clinical recommendations.
Experience supervising or mentoring teams is an advantage.
Proficient in Google Workspace applications.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
