MedGrocer is seeking a Corporate Wellness Account Manager | Physician to serve as a strategic medical and business partner for corporate clients, overseeing the delivery of comprehensive healthcare programs. This role merges clinical expertise with relationship management to drive wellness initiatives and the effective management of complex employee health cases.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end client relationships, implement wellness programs, and ensure DOLE regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Registered physician with active PRC license and BCOS/BCOM certification preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in account management, corporate health, or occupational medicine.
• Experience in corporate health or occupational medicine is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace applications.
• Onsite work requirement in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end corporate client relationships as a primary medical advisor for employee health and fitness-for-work assessments.
• Implement strategic wellness programs and clinic operations while ensuring strict compliance with DOLE regulations.
• Provide expert clinical case management for chronic diseases and analyze health data to provide actionable insights for clients.
• Act as a strategic partner to anticipate client needs, resolve escalated issues, and identify opportunities for service growth.
• Supervise and mentor a team of specialists and medical staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.
