Job summary

ALN GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking a Corporate Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs for store staff, focusing on service standards, operational procedures, and leadership development.

Daily duties include conducting training sessions, preparing training materials and modules, and coordinating schedules with store managers and diverse departments to ensure consistent learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory or training experience in hospitality, especially F&B service.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service styles, menu development, hygiene, and customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to deliver engaging training.
