• Apply Egan-Jones’ proprietary voting guidelines to develop recommendations for institutional clients.
• Conduct research on company performance and governance practices.
• Track upcoming shareholder meetings and ensure timely delivery of analyses.
• Collaborate with the research team to ensure consistency and accuracy of recommendations.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting proxy voting and corporate governance.
• Prepare written reports and summaries outlining the rationale behind voting recommendations.
