We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and media-savvy Public Relations (PR) Manager to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be the custodian of our corporate image, spearheading strategic PR campaigns, managing media relations across top-tier Philippine and international publications, and driving high-impact brand storytelling.

Strategic Communications: Develop and execute end-to-end PR and communications strategies aligned with brand milestones and business targets.
Media & Influencer Relations: Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with key journalists, editors, broadcast media, online publications, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and influencers.
Content Creation: Oversee the drafting, editing, and distribution of press releases, media kits, thought-leadership articles, executive speeches, and internal announcements.
Brand & Crisis Management: Monitor brand perception across print, broadcast, and digital channels. Act as a frontline responder to manage issues, mitigate reputational risks, and formulate crisis communication plans.
Events & Activations: Plan and direct press conferences, product launches, media roundtables, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Performance Tracking: Establish PR KPIs and deliver comprehensive coverage reports, Share of Voice (SOV) metrics, and Advertising Value Equivalency (AVE) / Public Relations Value (PRV) analyses.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Digital/Social Media, and Executive Leadership to maintain a unified brand voice.

Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Agency Account Management (with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead capacity).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Media Network: Established, active network of media contacts across Philippine national dailies, broadcast networks, trade publications, and digital news portals.
Writing & Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; high proficiency in crafting compelling story angles and media pitches.
Crisis Competence: Proven track record in issues management, corporate reputation control, and swift turnaround under pressure.
Leadership: Strong project management abilities, organizational skills, and experience leading campaigns or cross-functional creative teams.
