Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Admin or related field
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably corporate or volume hiring
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in Talent Acquisition
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in BPO or shared services is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Corporate Talent Acquisition team
• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, endorsement, and hiring)
• Ensure timely fulfillment of corporate hiring requirements
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels
• Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure achievement of hiring KPIs
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and role requirements
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for recruiters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
