The Moment Group is seeking a Corporate Planning Officer in the Philippines to analyze revenue channels, pricing, and menu performance across restaurants. You will evaluate sales trends, customer preferences, and profitability to provide actionable recommendations.
You will build dashboards, support marketing and operations with pricing decisions, promotions, and new menu launches, and drive continuous improvement in analytics and reporting.
The Corporate Planning Officer is responsible for analyzing revenue channels, product performance, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability across the company. This role requires evaluating sales trends, customer preferences, and product profitability while providing actionable recommendations to optimize menu offerings, pricing, and promotional strategies. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the food service industry.
Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance across all restaurant locations.
Identify revenue drivers and trends, such as customer traffic, average ticket size, and seasonal variations.
Evaluate the financial impact of marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and promotions.
Conduct detailed analyses of menu item performance, including sales volume, profitability, and customer preferences.
Assess product contribution margins to identify high-performing and underperforming items.
Provide insights to guide decisions on menu engineering, including introducing, removing, or modifying menu items.
Assess the impact of new menu items and promotional campaigns on overall revenue and profitability.
Develop and evaluate pricing models to optimize revenue and profitability.
Perform competitive analysis to ensure pricing aligns with market standards while maintaining profitability.
Assess the impact of price changes on customer demand and overall revenue.
Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics, such as revenue by category, sales mix, and customer segmentation.
Generate reports for leadership on product performance and revenue optimization opportunities.
Present data-driven insights to management in a clear and actionable format.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design promotions and campaigns that align with revenue goals.
Provide financial support for decisions on new product launches, limited-time offers, and seasonal menu changes.
Analyze the performance of dine-in, takeout, and delivery revenue channels and suggest improvements.
Develop and implement processes for continuous monitoring of product performance and revenue metrics.
Identify opportunities to enhance analytics capabilities through technology and automation.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in revenue analysis, pricing strategy, or product performance analytics, preferably in the restaurant or food service industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Familiarity with financial modeling and data visualization tools is a plus (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present financial data clearly.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
