Perf Restaurants, Inc. is hiring a Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis, drive strategies, and simplify processes to fuel business growth.

The role manages key profit and loss items including gross margins, advertising and promotions, and general & administrative expenses. You will partner with R&D, Demand, SPG and Supply Chain to implement plans, monitor Gross Profit movement, and provide variance commentary.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in finance or business is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Experience managing P&L items such as gross margins and SG&A.

About the role

The Finance Manager is responsible for financial planning and analysis. The role will lead financial strategies, process improvement, and system simplification to drive business growth. The Finance Manager will manage key profit and loss items such as gross margins, advertising and promotions and general & administrative expenses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company's gross profit strategy and ensure timely implementation of plans to achieve the target gross profit

• Analyze and recommend cost savings opportunities

• Collaborate with business partners to ensure timely implementation (i.e. R&D, Demand Team, SPG and Supply Chain)

• Monitor movement of Gross Profit and provide commentaries for variance analysis

• Drive programs and projects that will help bridge the gap to reach target Gross Profit

• Lead product analytics and reporting

• Build proper principles on the right level of Gross Profit for product/marketing launches

• Analyze product category gross profit and create levers to improve profit

• Manage main office and operations annual budget and drive efficiency and target achievement

• Provide insights to functional heads on how to properly manage their department budgets

About you

• Graduate of any 4-year finance or business-related course

• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis

• Experience in managing key profit and loss items such as gross margins, advertising and promotions and general & administrative expenses
