Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and edit contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and summarize findings.
• Maintain corporate records, minutes, and resolutions for meetings.
• Support compliance programs and due diligence for transactions.
• Maintain an organized contract management system and track expirations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
• Provide administrative support to HR and legal teams.
