GSM - Green SM in Metro Manila is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to join the Legal Team. The role reports to the Director of Legal – Philippines and provides comprehensive legal support for business and investments.

You will review and draft commercial contracts, advise on regulatory compliance, and monitor evolving laws to mitigate risk across corporate operations.

Qualifications

• Bar admission in the Philippines required.
• Experience in corporate/commercial law is essential.
• Ability to review/draft commercial contracts and advise on risk.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and corporate transactions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Legal in handling day-to-day corporate matters.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Provide strategic legal advice on operations, transactions, and investments.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with Philippine law.
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders as needed.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Prior experience in providing legal advisory services, reviewing/drafting commercial contracts, and supporting corporate transactions is preferred.
