Job summary

Buskowitz Energy Inc. is seeking a Finance professional in Metro Manila to provide financial analysis, modeling, and strategic insights for planning, investments, and growth.

You will work with senior management and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations and support capital allocation decisions. The role also coordinates financial and management reporting and supports compliance initiatives, ensuring timely, reliable information for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, investment analysis, or project finance, ideally in energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation (DCF, LBO, comparable), and forecasting skills.

• Drive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning and strategic decisions.
• Analyze key metrics, profitability, margins, returns, and overall business performance.
• Lead financial analysis for investments and corporate development, including due diligence, valuation, M&A, and strategic investments.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance professional who will provide financial analysis, modeling, and strategic insights to support business planning, investment decisions, and overall company growth. The role will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to translate financial data into actionable recommendations, evaluate business opportunities, and support sound capital allocation decisions.

Beyond financial analysis, this role will also coordinate financial and management reporting and support compliance initiatives, ensuring that key stakeholders have timely and reliable information for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and strategic business decisions.
• Turn financial data into actionable insights by analyzing key metrics, profitability, margins, returns, and overall business performance.
• Lead financial analysis for investments and corporate development opportunities, including due diligence, valuation, M&A, and strategic investments.
• Evaluate major capital expenditure projects and provide analysis to support disciplined, high-impact capital allocation decisions.
• Shape funding and capital structure strategies by evaluating debt, equity, and alternative funding options while monitoring capital market developments.
• Strengthen treasury and cash management practices, including liquidity planning, banking arrangements, and relationships with banking partners.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic decisions through scenario modeling, risk analysis, business deep-dives, and financial recommendations.
• Support executive and Board-level reporting by translating complex financial information into clear, concise, decision-ready insights.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across Accounting, Operations, Business Development, and O&M to connect financial analysis with business priorities.
• Influence the business beyond Finance by challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities, communicating financial concepts clearly, and helping drive initiatives that improve long-term value and returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, investment analysis, or project finance, ideally in energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation (DCF, LBO, comparable), and forecasting skills.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate funding, and investment evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with tax compliance, audit coordination, and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) is an advantage but not a primary focus.
