Your bite-size role:

Power 4 All Group of Companies is currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team. The Finance Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's financial health by managing, analyzing, and monitoring financial activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Finance Officer will work closely with the Finance team to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to facilitate informed decision-making.

Your role has a wide range of responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for financial improvement.
  • Assist in the development, monitoring, and review of budgets and forecasts.
  • Work with department heads to align budgetary goals and ensure expenditures are within approved limits.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
  • Conduct regular account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation for audits and collaborate with auditors as needed.
  • Monitor cash flow to maintain financial stability and meet operational requirements.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts to anticipate future financial needs.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of financial records.
  • Assist in the analysis of potential investments, risks, and financial impact of business decisions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Assistant Manager.

Who we need for high-performance team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Officer, Financial Analyst, Accountant, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
