Job summary

Hizon's Restaurant & Catering Services, Inc. in Quezon City invites applications for a Corporate Sales Executive role. You will develop new corporate clients, maintain relationships, and promote our catering services to potential clients.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, sending packages, setting appointments, preparing contracts and reports, and building strong relationships with AEs to ensure successful bookings. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and can start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist corporate and private party clients from pre-event to post-event.
• Answer inquiries through different channels.
• Follow up leads.
• Prepare and send standard or customized packages to clients.
• Set appointments, prepare contracts, billings and other documents required in booking process.
• Present and discuss catering packages, menus and included amenities.
• Handle venues and build good relationships with Account Executives.
• Prepare reports needed by Management.
• Perform other duties as required
