Job summary

Hizon's Restaurant & Catering Services, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a proactive Business Development/ Sales support professional to assist in acquiring corporate clients and coordinating meetings.

You will prepare proposals, conduct market research, and identify business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and willingness to do fieldwork and attend client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, management or related field.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Administrative Support is an advantage
• Experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
• Willing to do fieldwork and attend client meetings when necessary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Development team in acquiring new corporate and potential clients
• Support client coordination, scheduling of meetings, and follow-ups
• Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and business documents
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
• Assist in handling client concerns and maintaining good client relationships
• Coordinate with internal departments on client requirements and operational concerns
• Monitor and update client databases, sales trackers, and business records
• Attend meetings, site visits, and company activities as required by management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and management directives
• Perform administrative and other related tasks assigned by management
