Job Summary:
The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing corporate communication initiatives that strengthen the Group's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all companies under the holding company. This role plays a key part in brand management by creating high-quality visual and communication materials that support corporate branding, executive communications, and marketing initiatives. With a strong focus on graphic design, the role ensures that all communication assets are visually compelling, aligned with brand standards, and effectively represent the Group's identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Communications and Brand Management
- Develop and implement corporate communication materials that reinforce the Group's brand identity and strategic messaging.
- Ensure consistent application of corporate branding, visual identity, and communication standards across the holding company and its subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with various business units to develop communication materials that support corporate initiatives, executive communications, and organizational priorities.
- Maintain and organize the Company's repository of brand assets, communication templates, design files, and visual resources.
Graphic Design and Creative Services
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality digital and print communication materials, including corporate presentations, brochures, annual reports, company profiles, infographics, banners, advertisements, event collaterals, and social media graphics.
- Create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the Group's brand, values, and key messages.
- Prepare artwork and design files for both digital publishing and print production.
- Maintain consistency in typography, color palette, layout, and overall visual identity across all communication materials.
Corporate Events Support
- Provide creative and administrative support for corporate events, employee engagement activities, executive engagements, and other organizational initiatives.
- Prepare event collaterals, presentations, and communication materials for corporate functions.
- Assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of experience in corporate communications, brand management, marketing communications, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in corporate branding, graphic design, and visual communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Willing to work onsite on core days at Oakridge Business Park, Mandaue City, Cebu.
