Job summary

PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a Corporate Communications specialist to assist the Superior in conceptualizing, implementing and monitoring internal communication strategies, including printed and online publications, and employee engagement initiatives.

You will coordinate with business units and suppliers, support corporate events, and help maintain the corporate image while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, English, or any related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, or Marketing Services.
• Proven experience in employee engagement, event planning, or publication writing, preferably within a corporate or organizational environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and external suppliers.
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all communications and materials.
• Willing to be assigned to Makati.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with all business units for gathering information for internal publications.
• Coordinates with internal and external suppliers for design and layout of internal publications and other collateral.
• Coordinates with the Administrative Assistant for delivery schedules of corporate publications.
• Assists in managing all requirements for corporate activities.
• Assists in conceptualizing and developing activities to promote employee engagements.
• Plans and implements approved projects/programs.
• Ensures proper implementation and monitoring of corporate events and engagements.
• Oversees the actual conduct of employee activities/engagements.
• Monitors and reviews the department budget, purchases, and expenditures.
• Develops, designs, and writes materials for internal publications.
