Job summary

crec.com.ph is seeking a Junior Specialist in Corporate Communications to support the implementation of our content and branding strategies in the Philippines. You will help strengthen our employer and stakeholder relationships through clear, consistent messaging.

You will draft, edit, and proofread materials, manage social media, coordinate external communications with agencies and media, monitor performance, and contribute to reports and presentations for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong proofreading ability
• Basic understanding of corporate communications and branding principles
• Organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and proofread communication materials such as press releases and media materials.
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand guidelines across platforms.
• Assist storytelling initiatives that highlight milestones, campaigns, and employee engagement.
• Assist in executing external communication and branding strategies.
• Support media relations efforts, including building media lists and tracking coverage.
• Coordinate with external partners (agencies, vendors, media organizations).
• Help maintain brand consistency across marketing and communication materials.
• Manage and maintain company social media accounts; plan, create, and schedule engaging content.
• Monitor social media activity and respond as appropriate; stay updated on trends.
• Track and report communication metrics; assist in presentations to measure effectiveness.
