Job summary

Our Clients in Pasig, Philippines, seeks an executive communications advisor to partner with senior leadership, protecting and enhancing corporate reputation, and ensuring clear messages to internal and external stakeholders.

You will develop and direct corporate communications and public affairs, lead media relations, crisis management, governance-aligned messaging, and counsel leaders on stakeholder engagement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 12+ years in corporate communications or public affairs with leadership experience.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as telecommunications, banking, utilities, healthcare or similar.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's corporate communications and public affairs strategy.
• Lead media relations, executive communications, public relations, and corporate messaging.
• Manage crisis communications and reputation management initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with media organizations, regulators, government agencies, and key external stakeholders.
• Oversee internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead planning and execution of corporate events, executive forums, and stakeholder engagements.
• Ensure communication strategies comply with applicable regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
• Manage communications agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Provide strategic communications counsel to executive leadership.

This executive will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership in protecting and enhancing the organization's corporate reputation while ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's corporate communications and public affairs strategy.
• Lead media relations, executive communications, public relations, and corporate messaging.
• Manage crisis communications and reputation management initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with media organizations, regulators, government agencies, and key external stakeholders.
• Oversee internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead planning and execution of corporate events, executive forums, and stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or corporate relations, including leadership roles.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries such as telecommunications, banking, financial services, utilities, healthcare, or similar sectors.
• Strong expertise in media relations, crisis communications, executive communications, and stakeholder management.
• Experience engaging with government agencies and regulatory bodies is highly preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
