Job summary

Citi in Manila, Philippines, is hiring an intermediate analyst for Core HR Operations Support on a hybrid basis in Taguig. You will provide SME-level operations support, including benefits processing, licensing administration, and record/documentation maintenance, coordinating with the Core Team.

The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Will work hand in hand with the Hiring Manager to strategically design effective and efficient processes using data analytics
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
• Ensure all operating manuals and process documents are updated on a timely basis
• Help monitor the day to day operations and ensure adherence to SLO
• Perform financial, statistical, and operational studies using analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies
• Interpret data and results based on the analysis of information and application of professional judgement
• Apply project management to assist operational projects as assigned
• Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow
• Resolve varied and complex issues using professional judgment, discretion, and business expertise
• Provide informal guidance and training to new and lower level team members, as needed
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
