Job summary

Citi Philippines in Manila is seeking a Core HR Operations Support Intermediate Analyst (Hybrid) to assist with benefits processing, licensing administration, and documentation, coordinating with the Core Operations team.

You will collaborate with Hiring Managers and the HR Operations group to design efficient processes using data analytics, support stakeholders, and ensure risk controls and compliance are embedded in daily work.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High level knowledge of related to industry standards and practices.
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Design effective and efficient processes using data analytics.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and team members.
• Ensure operating manuals and process documents are up to date.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to SLO.
• Perform financial, statistical, and operational analyses with data tools.
• Interpret data and results using professional judgement.
• Assist operational projects with project management.
• Develop process improvements and solutions to streamline workflow.
• Provide guidance and training to new and lower level team members.
