Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Technical Lead for our Digital Banking Applications. The role balances hands-on technical work with strategic leadership to ensure security, scalability, and operational excellence of our digital banking platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
8+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in technical leadership.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical SME for the digital banking platform and components.
Define and drive the technical roadmap and architecture aligned with business goals.
Guide design/implementation of features and updates with security, performance, and scalability.
Lead architectural reviews and root cause analysis for critical issues.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital banking projects on time, within budget, high quality.
Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to translate requirements into technical outcomes.
Ensure modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps processes.
