Job summary

AGRI EXIM GLOBAL INC. in Pantukan seeks a Copra Tolling Operations Coordinator to manage planning, scheduling, and inventory control across tolling partners and internal teams.

You will oversee daily tolling schedules, ensure material availability, verify inventory accuracy, and support QA and billing processes. The role requires SAP usage and cross‑department collaboration with a focus on cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any Agri-business-related course or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience
• Organized and detail-oriented; proficient in MS Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• SAP or similar ERP system proficiency.
• Knowledge of tolling operations, production planning, and supply-chain coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly copra tolling plan based on confirmed and projected production requirements and business needs
• Prepare and distribute daily copra tolling schedule to internal departments and external tolling partners
• Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Production, Procurement, and other operational departments to ensure timely material availability, delivery execution, and replenishment requirements
• Serve as the primary coordination point with external copra tolling partners regarding schedules, operational requirements, quality specifications, documentation, and inventory status
• Monitor daily copra deliveries, tolling activities, finished goods movement, and In/Out product movements, providing timely operational updates
• Take full accountability for copra and finished goods inventory accuracy, ensuring physical counts align with system records
• Monitor and reconcile inventory movements, including raw material receipts, tolling consumption, finished goods transfers, and adjustments
• Aid Quality Assurance in the validation of copra quality prior to tolling and finished goods quality prior to billing
• Maintain accurate copra tolling monitoring files, trackers, inventory records, and reports
• Review and process copra tolling billing documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy of supporting documents
