Job summary

DOLE ASIA COMPANY, LIMITED is seeking a qualified leader to head the Transcontrol Department in Polomolok, South Cotabato. The role oversees planning, coordination, and execution of hauling activities for base and outside-base farms, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective transport resources to support Agriculture Operations and packing plants.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Agriculture, Operations Management, Engineering or a related business field.
• 5 years experience in fleet management and transportation logistics, preferably in agriculture or food manufacturing.
• Knowledge in fleet management and logistics applications in agriculture.
• Working knowledge in Agriculture Operations, especially in Pineapple production.
• Willing to relocate to and be based in Polomolok, South Cotabato, for full-time onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Transcontrol Department in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling hauling operations to meet truck and driver requirements.
• Ensure timely availability of transport resources to support multiple internal departments.
• Establish department plans, standards, targets, and improvement programs; monitor performance and costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and work standards across operations.
• Manage accreditation, availability, and performance of drivers, operators, third-party truckers, and providers.
• Build department capability by identifying manpower, training, and productivity improvements.
• Monitor truck movements, schedules, cycle time, and utilization to support decision-making.
• Direct scheduling, routing, dispatch coordination, and contingency planning with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate transport documentation, delivery reports, and audit-ready records.
• Strengthen cross-functional coordination with farms and operations for reliable transport services.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives via KPI reviews, data analysis, and process improvements.
