Qualifications

- Experience in developing digital, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
- Able to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
- Effective communicator with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automation solutions using Copilot Studio and related technologies.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Design prompting, grounding, knowledge retrieval, and context management approaches.
- Develop integrations with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, APIs, and enterprise apps.
- Contribute reusable solution components, patterns, and standards to accelerate delivery.
- Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI adds measurable value.
- Explore emerging AI capabilities and recommend innovative applications.
- Promote responsible adoption of AI aligned with ING standards and governance.
