B. Braun Philippines is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Officer to strengthen financial performance, governance and strategic decision‑making across the organization.

You will support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting while delivering actionable insights and cross‑functional collaboration. Reporting to the Head of Controlling, you will help maintain data integrity, drive KPI dashboards, and participate in audits and controls.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA qualification preferred.
• Must have 3–5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
• Strong expertise in SAP (mandatory) and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for dashboards and presentations.
• Experience in multinational controlling environments preferred.
• Ability to prepare and deliver business case presentations to management.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis - Support preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans; perform variance analysis and identify key drivers.
• Reporting & Insights - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports; ensure accuracy and timeliness of data; provide clear recommendations to management.
• Performance Management - Monitor KPIs, support business units in understanding results, and assist in developing dashboards and reporting tools.
• Financial Controls & Compliance - Support implementation of internal controls, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and assist in audits.
• Business Partnering - Collaborate with operations, commercial, HR, and other teams; provide financial guidance on cost optimization and efficiency initiatives.

As a Financial Planner at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in supporting financial planning, performance management, and decision-making.
