Job summary

DSV Global Transport and Logistics in Manila is seeking a Business Support Assistant responsible for control tower operational reporting, EDI monitoring and milestones retriggering. You will ensure the highest quality of service with KPI focus on quality, timeliness and productivity.

You will collect and validate data, generate daily/weekly reports, coordinate with local stations and IT, and participate in process improvements while meeting SLA expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting tasks and data analysis.
• Experience in building reports based on customer requirements.
• Experience in data entry tasks and documentation.
• MS-Office (Outlook / Excel) – Intermediate to advanced.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate operational reports based on customer requirements.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate operational data from relevant systems and stakeholders.
• Monitor shipment EDI to ensure successful data transmission.
• Investigate EDI failures, exceptions, and transmission errors.
• Notify origin/destination country to update missing milestones.
• Retrigger milestones for accurate shipment visibility.
• Provide timely responses to queries and escalate when needed.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and SLA adherence.
