Zuellig Pharma, a leading healthcare solutions company in Asia, is seeking a Transport Specialist in the Philippines to manage end-to-end truck scheduling, deployment, and monitoring across distribution centers and platforms.

The role acts as the liaison between operations and transport partners to ensure timely delivery, minimize idle days, and resolve issues affecting transportation performance. Strong planning and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have at least 2 years in transportation or logistics.
• Familiarity with the Philippine transport network and regulations is essential.
• Experience coordinating with transport vendors or 3PL providers is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate truck booking requirements from Transport Planners and coordinate with vendor partners.
• Ensure proper truck deployment, call time scheduling, and prioritization based on needs.
• Monitor truck arrivals against schedules and expedite delays impacting operations.
• Coordinate with planners, operations, and vendors to address loading and deployment issues.
• Verify trucks meet pre-loading and operational requirements before dispatch.
• Track dispatch, delivery progress, and POD return status with timely updates.
• Provide regular truck status updates to Customer Service and stakeholders.
• Coordinate issue resolution for delays, POD concerns, and loading incidents.
• Monitor utilization and recommend actions to maximize asset productivity.
• Prepare transportation reports and ensure compliance with policy and standards.
